This project originated as a self-initiated motion study, exploring Blender’s Geometry Nodes with a focus on emergent behavior and intuitive workflows. Developed without a fixed outcome, the piece experiments with accumulation logic and organic motion to create a dynamic, abstract visual system.
Following its release, musician Maurice Schirm commissioned a variation for an EP centered around water. Building on the original setup, I extended the system with a custom bubble simulation and reworked the visual language toward a deep, oceanic atmosphere. The result translates the initial exploratory piece into a more narrative-driven composition, aligned with the tonal qualities of the music.
